The Goal
Deliver a consistent, scalable branding solution across a nationwide fleet of Kubota mini excavators while supporting the rapid deployment of machines into Travis Perkins Hire locations across the UK.
The branding needed to be durable enough for demanding hire environments, easy to maintain and capable of supporting a fleet rollout over multiple years.
The Challenge
This wasn't a one-off branding project.
With hundreds of machines expected to enter service across a four-year programme, the challenge was ensuring:
- Consistency across every machine
- Fast installation without delaying deployment
- Reduced downtime throughout the asset lifecycle
- Easy replacement of damaged graphics
- National scalability through a single managed process
Traditional wrapping methods would create unnecessary downtime and make ongoing maintenance difficult as machines moved between depots and hire customers.
The Solution & Outcome
Brandfixx implemented its modular machinery branding system across the Kubota fleet, creating a repeatable process that could be rolled out consistently nationwide.
Because each kit is modular, damaged sections can be replaced individually without removing or replacing the entire branding package, helping keep machines operational and customer-ready.
