More than just a machinery graphics project, the partnership focused on creating a machine that reflected The Digger Girl brand both online and on site, helping reinforce a recognisable identity across social content, events and day-to-day operation.

The project quickly gained attention across the construction community, becoming one of the most recognisable branded machines within the sector.

    The Goal

    Design a bold and instantly recognisable look for The Digger Girl’s new Kubota excavator, featuring her signature pink branding and logo while ensuring the machine remained practical, durable and highly visible in demanding site environments.

    The project also aimed to support the wider partnership by creating a machine that would stand out across social media, industry events and real working conditions.

      The Challenge

      The machine needed to balance strong visual branding with the realities of daily excavation work.

      The graphics had to be:

      • fully reflective for improved low-light visibility
      • durable enough for demanding excavation environments
      • modular for quick replacement if damaged
      • visually striking without compromising practicality

      Unlike traditional plant graphics, the branding also needed to function as part of a wider personal brand and online presence — meaning presentation and detail were just as important as durability.

        The Solution

        Brandfixx 3D-scanned the Kubota excavator to create a completely custom modular branding kit tailored specifically to the machine. The design ensured a high-impact visual contrast for social and on-site visibility.
